Her professional background varies quite widely, from working in traditional marketing & communications within immigration law in Washington, DC, to managing a scuba diving center in Roatan, Honduras, growing from a staff of 3 to a team of 15.
She was also a full-time freelance writer for five years for multinational publications & tourism businesses and has been blogging for more than a decade through its transition from personal journal to multimedia necessity for any business. She also served as the Managing Editor for Wanderful’s global digital travel publication for two years.
Amanda runs a monthly mastermind circle for women travel content creators and is an active member of Travel Massive.
Originally from the US, she has also lived in Spain, Ecuador, Honduras, Malta, and Ireland. She currently calls Scotland home, but loves chatting about all her former homes and giving travel tips to everyone!
