Well, a recent study from SEM Rush shows that while most of these are still important, they are far down the list.

Their studies of over 600,000 keywords show that Google now put emphasis on website visits, time on site, pages per session and bounce rates.

Therefore, you need to have a website that is user friendly and contains content that entices and excites the user.
