When you make claims on your website like ‘We are the number 1’ or ‘Highest rated’, please make sure you can back up these claims.

If you don’t show proof of your claims most customers will think you are not being entirely truthful.

Testimonials that use a first and last name, video testimonials and third party reviews all help build your credibility.

Show customers what you claim is the truth and they will be more likely to buy.
