I get asked all the time about what our clients, or tourism businesses in general, should do about their competition.
Quite frankly the only thing you can do is make sure your products and the experience you offer is perceived as more valuable to the customer.
Tourism customers will pay a premium if they feel they will receive an experience they will never forget so make sure your content does the best possible job portraying this.
Of course, keep an eye on what your competitors are doing but don’t think for a minute by offering a product a little cheaper it will increase your revenue.
