We have all been there and know how annoying it can be.

We buy a ticket to a tour online, arrive at the pick-up point to then be directed to the box office to exchange our ticket for a bus ticket to then take the tour.

Really?!? In 2017!

Even some airlines, which tend to be ahead technology wise, still print out a boarding pass even though you show this on a phone.

Why are you making your customers lives harder and diminishing their experience? 

Put the right steps in place that will give your customers the easiest and fastest route to their desired experience.
