When it comes to driving your customers away from making a booking one of the main culprits is the checkout page.
I have seen businesses ask far too many questions when all the customer wishes to do is book.
Some businesses will tell me they need this information and do not wish to spend the time chasing customers.
What would you rather have? More bookings or less? Making a call or email to a customer to request more information helps with customer service, increases your chances of bookings and you may be able to upsell while you are at it.
