TMA, a dynamic company specialising in tourism, is currently seeking a skilled WordPress Manager to join our exceptional team. As part of our international client portfolio, you’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our websites, utilising a pre-designed WordPress theme. As a valued member of our team, you will work on both the front and back end of the platform, supporting our clients and collaborating with our talented professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade our websites to ensure optimal performance.
- Swiftly respond to and troubleshoot any website issues, ensuring uninterrupted user experience.
- Maintain utmost website security by identifying and promptly addressing any breaches.
- Continuously improve the user experience by implementing regular updates and enhancements.
- Set up our theme on staging environments, facilitating smooth content migration and uploads.
- Launch approved websites on our dedicated server, making them live for the world to see.
- Demonstrate exceptional troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Optimise websites for speed, enhancing performance and user satisfaction.
- Assist in SEO content and technical updates, contributing to the overall website success.
Key Requirements:
- Possess at least 1 year of relevant experience in WordPress management.
- Proficient in the cPanel environment, understanding its functionalities.
- Strong grasp of PHP, MySQL, Cloudflare, and the Litespeed Cache Plugin.
- Familiarity with DNS/domain setup, ensuring seamless website operation.
- Proficiency in HTML, XHTML, CSS, and cross-browser compatibility for a polished user experience.
Salary & Benefits:
- Full-time position with flexible working hours (Mon-Fri, 9-5pm).
- Competitive salary based on experience, starting from £25k+.
- Remote working. Open to candidates based in the UK.
