The brief was simple; New York Sightseeing were already receiving a lot of bookings, but most of these were phone bookings and they wanted to convert these to online bookings.
WHAT WE DID
From our research, we found that most bookings happened in destination and consumers preferred to call than book online. Our structured digital marketing strategy and website changes increased their online bookings, however, through our advice they embraced the phone bookings as this was generating a large amount of their revenue.
Increased clickthrough rate from 22.87% to a massive 38.76%. Increased conversion rates from 3.19% to 4.11% (industry average is 2.4%). Page sessions increased by 6%, time on site increased by 11.26% and bounce rates decreased by almost 19%.
