Former project manager, business consultant, customer-focused sales advocate, travel explorer, and digital advisor. I am currently working with an incredibly bright group of marketers to help tours and activities operators grow their businesses and understand the power of marketing.

My experience in the travel industry

Within the tourism industry, I've had the pleasure of working as an Account Manager, Website Project Manager, Marketing Manager, and finally Managing Director. In a short space of time, I’ve had the amazing opportunity to meet some of the most influential people and companies in the sector and I’m constantly inspired by the incredible work taking place in our industry.

My Skills

The areas that excite me the most are company strategy, product development and efficiency processes. My strengths primarily lie within communication, customer service, project management and sales journeys.

This was best highlighted when I began consulting as a business coach, and my new recent side project: setting up my own tour company.

My History

I started my journey into the digital sphere with a position in the education sector as a Student Admissions and Recruitment Coordinator for an online university, the Interactive Design Institute. During this time I worked closely with the marketing team to create sales collateral, email drip campaigns and reviewing PPC performance. I was also involved in a number of digital projects such as the new student admissions portal, the migration to Salesforce, the implementation of Pardot for marketing automation and a full website rebrand. These projects gave me great experience working with internal marketing and development teams as well as external agencies.

This experience allowed me to cut my teeth in project management while sparking my passion for all things digital.
