You Make It Too Difficult To Get In Touch – DigiTourShow Daily #182

Throughout my career, I have come across some crazy requests from my own customers and for me, the top one is when they do not wish to speak to customers.

If you are in the tourism business this is all about customer interaction. I have had some businesses who wish to take online bookings but will refuse to have a phone number or even a contact form on their website.

Quite frankly this is a lazy approach and typical of business owners who think they can get rich quick by simply offering tours online.

If you make it hard for your customers to get in touch then they will simply assume your business is ‘dodgy’ and untrustworthy.
