If you wish to increase your open rates, create a punchy, attention grabbing subject line.

Subject lines must be no longer than 78 characters so that it is shown in its entirety on most software and devices.

If you wish your email to get to your customer in the first place, do not use all capital letters and words like ‘special offer’ as spam filters may stop this from going through.
