Creating the right product to gain the best revenue is what every business seeks. Choosing those activities that will help increase your revenue is key.

However, from experience, tourism brands need to be smarter about he products and activities they create.

Far too many of them promote and supply products that simply do not sell well or have very small margins. Why?

Some believe they need to be seen to be offering more. What they feel their customers will expect. If they are not making you money then it is time to cut the cord.

Do not invest in these products. Get rid of them.

Make sure you are only investing in activities that will increase your bottom line and by doing so you can increase your overall revenue by being more focused.
