Connect your Instagram account to the other Social Media networks you use for marketing including Twitter, Facebook and Pinterest, as this can help increase exposure to your company, and followers on one network will hopefully follow you on Instagram, too.

Don’t expect followers to second guess what you want from them – make calls to action clear and concise – whatever they are.

Offering a small incentive can entice lots of people to respond to your calls to action such as a “Free Prize Draw” just for signing up to your newsletter.
Why not make the prize one of your products – that way it’s likely to bring it even more into the public eye. People are also likely to share free competition with their friends – increasing followers and potential customers.
